ATTENDANCEIf you are in the Zoom Conference Room waiting for your tutor and 10 minutes has elapsed and the tutor is not present, please call the office phone STAT at 1-856-777-0840 and tutoring will commence.If you miss a tutoring session, the session will be given to you on audio with the accompanying ebook and practice questions at no additional charge so there is no need to worry that you will miss a session. We will then continue with the next scheduled tutoring session.
REFUNDIf a student has completed no sessions, and cancels their tutoring package, their money be refunded with a transaction fee deducted.
NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS - so please do your best to make it to the tutoring sessions.
