First Time User/Internet Setup Fee

Computer Setup Fee
*I will hook up any thing that came with your computer: printer, scanner, external hard drive, monitor, keyboard and install all programs for a flat fee of $75.00. This fee includes the setup ONLY. Please decide if you need the First Time User assistance and/or specific instructions in a particular area at an additional but discounted fee that can be arranged.
*Any extra programs that are not part of setup, can be installed for a fee of $20.00
I will set you up to be on the internet and show you how to access the net using your browser, set up your email, and any passwords and user ID's you may need for a flat fee of $40.00. Time not to exceed one and one half hours. After which it will be $30.00 an hour.
If you do not own a computer and would like to see just what a computer can do for you, in my home, I will take you on a one hour tour of the Internet and what your computer is capable of doing.
In my home demonstration: $25.00 an hour.
I can come to you with my lap top: $50.00 an hour.
A group of 3 or more: $10.00 per person an hour for in my home demonstration.
A group of three or more whom I meet with lap top: $35.00 per person an hour.
If you already have a computer and need assistance, you may encounter an initial contact fee for all of the following in the amount of $25.00. If part of a group, 35.00 will cover the group.
*I have found that it is necessary to meet you and get to know your style and adjust your computer to fit your style. Also, to get an understanding of what services you would like. This is what is meant by an initial contact.
*Each teaching session will last at least 2 hours and no more than 3 hours at a rate of $60.00 a session. After which you will be charged the hourly fee of $30.00/hour.
*If you do not have a computer, it is possible that you may come to my place (this is left to the discretion of myself) or I will meet you with a laptop for an extra fee of $20.00 (for use of the laptop).
*I will make business calls be it at home or at your place of business.
*No travel expenses will be incurred if you live within a 15 minute or 1/2 hour radius from my starting point.
*I will travel for up to an hour for an extra fee of $25.00. (covers gas and personal expenses)
*Anything over one hour and up to two hours, $30.00 for travel expenses.
*Anything over two hours travel time, I am not willing to travel unless it is for a group.

A group consists of 3 or more people.

*If traveling for the group sessions is over an hour and one half away, the group must be willing to make lodging arrangements in a hotel/motel plus gas expenses. This does not need to be fancy. I will take care of my own meal expenses.
*If traveling is necessary, I am available weekends for over night stays if the group would like longer sessions.
