questions to a seminar that I am currently working on entitled,
"PHARMACOLOGY MADE INCREDIBLY UNDERSTANDABLE" . I get so many
emails from NCLEX test takers that say there were medication questions
on the nclex of medications that they had never heard of. Truth
of the matter is you are never going to be able to know all the drugs
that may appear on the NCLEX. The best thing to do is know the common
suffixes that will give you a hint as to what type of drug
classification it is...then answer based off what you know about that
specific drug classification. REMEMBER the NCLEX will always give you
the Generic Name and the Brand Name.
You may download a list of classifications {for FREE} covered in this quiz [ HERE ] so you can follow along and take notes. When ordering, please let me know if you want these questions via email or CD via mail in the instructions to seller section. 1). Every classification listed has a question about it on this quiz. 2). I do not always use both the Generic Name and the Brand Name in the question. But they will always be in the Rationale and Answers. I do this on purpose as a teaching tool. 3). The NCLEX is also asking questions about herbs. This is also covered on this quiz. I suggest you take notes on any questions you get incorrect. 4). I do not know if there are questions about Swine Flu (H1N1 Virus) on the NCLEX but rest assured, since it has been such a big issue around the world, it will be on the NCLEX soon. This is covered in this quiz. 5). There are "Choose All That Apply Questions" on this quiz. 6). There are math questions on this quiz. 7). There are "Fill In The Blank" Questions on this quiz. Don't worry if you miss the questions and get them wrong. That is definately to be expected. I recommend that you just take notes and make flash cards if you desire. This quiz has everything you need on it to answer the medication questions on the NCLEX whether you really know the medication or have never heard of it.
