If a web page is created for you and you do not wish to have your own domain (www.freedomainhost.com/your name), advertisements may appear on your pages and your domain will be free except for a one time set up fee of $20.00. If you want me to maintain your site each month, please see maintenance fees listed. Your own domain (www.yourname.com) may be set up for you as well:

To summarize: your own domain would cost $270.00 and is payable before services can begin. This fee includes 6 months of domain hosting and 6 months of maintenance fees.
The prices above are based on fees if you have your own domain. If you choose not to have a free domain with advertisements and you do not wish to have your own domain, Caring 4 You Computer Services will host your page for $20.00 a month. Your first page will be free and submission to search engines will be free as well as maintenance for 6 months. All I ask is for a 6 month commitment. Payment for this choice will be on a 6 month basis and your web site would read as http://caring4you.net/yourbusiness

Once you sign up for a six month maintenance fee and you wish to terminate the services of Caring 4 You Computer Services, you may do so. At which time payment in full is a must minus the fee for the remaining months. Payment in full must be received within a month of terminating services Caring 4 You Computer Services. About Resources
The hot new thing on the web these days is to have newsletters in the email as well as on the web! I will do your newsletter for you and publish it to the web with a printer friendly link available for printout. I can match your newsletter to your email version or do a fancy layout for the web--your choice. Newsletter packages will include the graphics needed for the newletters web version as well as a six month maintenance of your newletter making sure it gets to "web" for publication. Your newsletters will be archived for you as well as a search engine in place for easy access to your newsletter according to a specific topic. This steal of a deal comes complete with newsletter and services for 6 months all for just one fee of $160.00
There will be an initial contact fee for all of the following in the amount of $25.00.
*I have found that it is necessary to meet you and get to know what kind of web page lay out you want and to also get an understanding of what services you would like and to collect any graphics or music you may have in your possession and may want on your site. This is what is meant by an initial contact.
There will be a charge of $100.00 for 6 months to maintain your business site. If it is a personal non money making page, the fee will be $60.00 for 6 months. Maintenance for your personal page will consist of basic maintenance: adding links, changing pictures and answering your general questions. Maintenance fees must be paid in advance in 6 month increments.
Can be set up for whatever the going market rate is and a $50.00 set up fee. There will also be a separate charge for the designing of your online store. Send an email to Caring 4 You Computer Services for more information.
One half of the total fee for the web page including maintenance fees must be paid to Caring 4 You Computer Services in order for work to begin. Upon completion of site, remainder must be paid in full unless maintenance is required. If maintenance is required, the remaining balance can be paid off in equal parts within a six month period. Maintenance consists of the following:
Updating of links should link move to new location. Caring 4 You Computer Services cannot be responsible for finding new location.
Fixing broken graphic or replacing a graphic of equal design.
Further customizing of present graphics.
Adding of up to 2 basic customized graphics once account with Caring 4 You Computer Services has been established.
Changing layout design of page.

By signing up for webpage services with ~DesignIt~, it is understood that WWW Internet resources will be utilized. Because some resources used to create you page may be free, it is understood that
there will still be a specified setup fee. Resources from the 'Net are utilized to create these pages here. It is therefore understood that advertisements will appear on various guestbooks and
such from time to time. Resources used will appear at the bottom of your main page in small links. It is futhermore understood, that you are not paying ~DesignIt~
for anything but the knowledge and time it takes to construct a webpage and thus the reason for the reduced prices. It is also understood that you will not accept
contributions for monthy advertisements at a site unless a personal domain is being used. (ex. www.yourname.com) If you are using a site at a free website domain on the net, you will be subject to that particular site's terms and conditions. Although free advertising may be possible.
All ~Prices~ must be in United States dollars and in the form of check or money order. Service of webpage creating will start once check or money order has cleared.
Since resources from the 'Net will be utilized, your email must be submitted along with 5 preferred user ID's and 4 preferred passwords. ~DesignIt~ will use
perferred passwords when possible. It may be necessary to forward password sent to you via email to ~DesignIt~ before services can be started. Failure to due so
cannot result in contract termination.
